For OT engineers, security leads and consultants who have to prove the plan works
Build Drills and Tabletops From Your Own Plan, Not From Guesses
A guided system that runs inside Claude and takes you from your site facts to a 15-minute drill card, a full tabletop and a year of drills. Every line shows where it came from.
THE PLAN IS WRITTEN. NOBODY HAS PRACTISED IT.
Most OT incident response plans have never been run, not even for fifteen minutes. The hard part isn't running a drill. It's designing one: picking the line to test, writing the question, deciding what a good answer sounds like, and making the card clear enough for someone else to run.
A general AI chat will write you a drill in seconds. It will also invent a valve, a role or a procedure your site doesn't have, and nothing tells you which lines it made up.

IT WORKS FROM YOUR PLAN
The Builder follows one rule: it never fills a gap with a guess. It asks about your site, reads your response plan, and drafts only from what you confirm.

- Every line labelled by its sourceyour words, your plan, or an idea you approved.
- Missing facts stay marked as open until someone who knows answers them.
- A fresh reader cold-reads every card as a first-time facilitator would, and lists every place it stops.
- A reviewer and a quality check go over every card before you sign it off.
SIX STEPS, AND IT ALWAYS TELLS YOU THE NEXT ONE
- Set uptype /drill and it walks you through.
- Your site on two pages, and the list of plan lines nobody has practised.
- Design a 15-minute drill card from one line, then have it cold-read.
- Build a tabletophandout, facilitator guide and evaluator sheet.
- Run it, record it from your notes, and run it again to compare.
- Plan the yeara 12-month calendar of drills around your outages.
BUILT FROM A COURSE, NOT A PROMPT
The Builder runs the method from our course, ICS/OT Incident Drills and Tabletop Exercises: the six-step drill design, the two-sided card, the cold read, the six-step tabletop and the record of each run. It took over three months of research, more than 150 hours to build and test, and over $1,000 in AI usage.
You don't need the course to use it. If you'd like the method explained on video, the course is a separate purchase.

WHO IT'S FOR
- OT and controls engineers who have a plan and need to test it.
- OT security leads who owe their site, or an auditor, a record of drills and exercises.
- Consultants who run drills and tabletops for clients. Your licence covers your own clients.
WHO IT'S NOT FOR
- Anyone in the middle of an incident right now. Follow your site's procedures and call your responders.
- Anyone without a response plan to test yet. Start with the plan first.
WHAT IT WON'T DO
It won't replace you, your site's safety rules, or a qualified engineer's sign-off. Every drill and tabletop it builds is a talk-through: nobody touches a live system. It isn't legal advice, and it isn't for an incident happening right now.
You read, approve and own every card. What changes is the speed, and how far you can trust each line, because every line shows where it came from.

QUESTIONS PEOPLE ASK
Do I need to be a programmer?
No. You talk to Claude in plain words. Type /drill-help, or ask "where do I start?", and it explains.
What do I need?
A Claude subscription of your own, and Word and Excel (or compatible apps) to open the finished documents. The Claude desktop app is the easiest start, with nothing to install. Claude Code runs every protection.
Where does my site data go?
What you enter goes to the AI service behind your Claude plan, under that plan's terms. Exercise findings map your weak points, so check your company's rules before entering site data, and use job titles instead of names.
Do I need the course?
No. The Builder explains each step as you go. The course is there if you'd like the method on video, with worked examples and assignments.
Can I use it for my clients?
Yes. One purchase is one licence for you, by name, with unlimited use, including at any site and for your own clients. The cards and tabletops you produce are yours to deliver. The folder itself isn't to be shared or handed on.
Does it work with ChatGPT or Copilot?
It's built for Claude. The skills are plain-text instructions, so you can also use them as prompts in other AI chats, without the automatic checks.
WHICH LINE WOULD YOU DRILL FIRST?
Open the folder tonight, type /drill, and find out. Your first card can clear its cold read this week.
