The Skills Library and Team Licence have a 30-day money-back guarantee from purchase with no consumption limit. Their usage cannot be tracked. For a bundle purchase, the course's 50% rule applies only to the course; the digital product keeps its own guarantee. Any refund is based on the amount paid for the refunded item.

A Team Licence refund ends the licence for all covered users. The licence holder must ensure that all recipients delete the refunded materials, including modified copies and associated downloads, and stop using them.

Udemy courses

Udemy governs and manages its own purchases and refunds, including its 30-day guarantee for eligible course purchases. Request a refund through Udemy under Udemy's current refund rules.

How to request a refund

Contact us within 30 days of purchase with the email address used to buy and the product title or order number. Please confirm that you will delete the refunded materials and stop using them when the refund is issued. For Udemy purchases, use Udemy's refund process.

We process approved direct-purchase refunds to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit.

After a refund: delete the materials

When a refund is issued, access and the licence to the refunded purchase end. You must delete all copies of the refunded digital book and its associated materials, or all downloaded materials supplied with the refunded course. This includes downloads, templates, bonuses, and copies stored on devices, in the cloud, or in backups. Stop using the refunded materials and do not share or redistribute them. A refund for one purchase does not affect unrelated purchases.
