Defining success for a project involves setting clear, measurable objectives aligned with the project’s goals and stakeholders’ expectations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The most famous metrics to measure success are<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a0– Delivering projects within agreed timelines and staying within or under budget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Meeting the quality standards set at the project’s initiation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Achieving customer or stakeholder satisfaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Ensuring project outcomes contribute to the organization’s strategic goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
